The Auckland Catholic Tertiary Chaplaincy seeks to foster the development of Christian faith and practice within the city academic communities. As a visible presence it supports and encourages both student and staff to grow in the knowledge and love of God. It forms a community graced by the Spirt to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ in word and deed.
The way we seek to effect our Mission has a three fold dimension: Community, Spirituality and Mission
To provide access to the Catholic Faith Community, its worship, teaching and so to provide a place of belonging
To provide a place of encounter with the depths of Christian spirituality through liturgy, prayer, the sacraments and other spiritual exercises.
To make known the Gospel of Christ within the institutions served and to encourage a spirit of service to the world.
